Business Needs
Our process begins with an on-site consultation where we come in and understand the technical issues causing pain or the
solution the client is looking to integrate into their operations. After completely understanding the history of the problem, and
the solutions that have been attempted to resolve it, we interview relevant stakeholders to identify the scope of the problem.
Goals are discussed to determine whether a short-term or long-term solution is desired. Once the requirements are
identified, understood, and prioritized, we proceed to the evaluation.
Evaluation and Recommendation
After assessment of the problem, functional and technical requirements for a solution are defined and discussed with the
client. The scope of work is agreed upon together with a clear understanding of services to be performed. Where there
are multiple solution alternatives, evaluations are made to determine suitability with client business processes and
organizational capabilities. A recommendation is then made to the client taking in to consideration cost of ownership,
ease of use, performance, availability, serviceability and reliability and other metrics that are important to the client.
IT Solution Implementation
The scope is finalized and the solution to be implemented is determined. We proceed with transition planning for delivery of
the solution following industry best practices. Hardware and/or software is acquired and prepared for implementation. For
managed services we work with the appropriate vendors to implement the complete end-to-end solution. After the solution is
implemented, the client confirms operational readiness. We proceed with training and the client is encouraged to undertake
extensive end user testing of the integrated solution to confirm business needs are satisfied.
